Its culinary team, headed by Chef Merono Martini, has embraced this philosophy in the cuisine, which is elegant, beautifully presented Italian food that feels like it’s been harvested right out of the garden. Of special mention is the homemade pasta, fresh mozzarella and the inclusion of favourites from his region of Veneto.
