Ever wished that we could dine on two cuisines at the same time without a clash of flavours? Table at 7 has done exactly that with their concept of offering modern Indonesia and European cuisine in perfect harmony. Owners Karl Dobler and Eugenia Ong have over 60 years of culinary experience between them, and it shows, with wonderful dishes like Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Sambal on Kunyit Yellow

Risotto, and Wagyu Oxtail Rendang, dishes that manage to keep their identities while incorporating the other cuisine.

The decor, quite in contrast to its trendy Mohamed Sultan surroundings, is somber, restrained and refined, with its starched white tablecloths and European art hung on dark brown walls. It is very clear that all attention is meant to be focused on the food, and on the skills of the chefs preparing the meal behind the glass window. As the space only sits 40 people, be sure to make a reservation ahead if planning to bring a group.

Table At 7 is available for Group Events for between 12 to 40 guests.

Salut private dining provides an exclusive private dining room which is accessible by a private entrance, comfortably furnished with a kitchen, chic leather sofas, baby grand piano, a wall-mounted plasma screen and sound system. "Chef's Table" concept added on to the exclusivity as Chef Karl Dobler prepares and plates your meal in the audience of the guests. Their extensive menu offers European cuisine, which can be customized from 3, 5, 6 course, with wine pairing menu upon request.
